Provider pricing questions
Each person booked onto a course date or enrolled on an e-learning course during your plan year, counted once however many courses they take.
Nothing changes mid-year and nobody is locked out. We look at your numbers at renewal and move you to the right plan.
No. Standard migration is included on annual plans. Bulk forward bookings or an API sync are quoted separately.
Yes. Provider plans are an annual commitment, and you can pay for the year up front or spread it monthly or quarterly.
You do. Export users, bookings and course progress as CSV at any time. If you leave, you have 90 days to export before it is deleted.

No. Payments go to your own Stripe account and we take 0%.

Employer pricing questions
These answers cover the self-serve employer plans. Training providers are set up through a walkthrough and billed annually, with no card at signup.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that plan. You enter your payment details at signup, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. At the end of your trial, your subscription begins automatically. You can cancel before then and pay nothing.
We won't lock anyone out. If you go over your plan's user limit, we'll notify you and give you 14 days to either upgrade your plan or remove users. No surprise charges.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next renewal.
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees on any plan. A few features are optional paid add-ons, marked "Add-on" in the comparison table and priced on request; training management is one of them on Enterprise and is included on Elite. Selling courses by card needs Stripe payments, which come with Enterprise and Elite; card sales on those plans carry the marketplace fee shown on the plan card. The Elite plan also includes a complimentary custom onboarding session.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for Enterprise and Elite tiers.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, you can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Your logo and brand colours are included on every plan. On Professional and above you also get a custom domain (learn.yourcompany.com), a custom favicon, custom CSS support, and complete removal of the Hotline name, so your learners never see our brand.
The Starter plan supports SCORM 1.2. Professional, Enterprise, and Elite plans support both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. All plans include full runtime compliance. Upload a ZIP and it works.
You do. Your courses, user data, and tracking records belong to you. You can export everything (users, enrolments, progress, course data) as CSV at any time. If you cancel, we give you 90 days to export before data is deleted.
