Why Hotline exists
Two systems and a spreadsheet in between.
Most training providers run one system to take bookings and another to deliver the e-learning. The delegate list lives in one, the course record in the other, and a spreadsheet holds the renewals together. Every handover between them costs admin time and loses something.
We started with the LMS: courses, exams, certificates and your own brand. Then we built the training management side with a working training provider, through live design sessions with their team.
One demo at a time, it became the thing they asked for: dates, trainers, venues, bookings, registers, exams, certificates and renewals on one delegate record.

Honest pricing Prices are on the website. No per-booking fees, and nothing that climbs with every delegate you train.

Claims we can back up If the site says Hotline does something, it does it today. What is still on the roadmap stays off the page.

Records that stand up to an audit Attendance, exam unlocks and transfers are kept in append-only records, so the history is still there when someone asks.

Your brand, not ours Your delegates see your name from the booking page to the certificate.
